Everything a city needs for 311.

From the resident’s first report to the crew’s after photo and the council’s district report: one system, one plan, priced by population.

What is 311 software?

311 software — also called a citizen request management system, a service request system or a municipal CRM — is how a city takes in non-emergency requests from residents (potholes, streetlights, graffiti, missed trash pickups, code enforcement), routes each one to the department that handles it, tracks it against a deadline, and tells the resident when it’s done.

A complete system covers four groups of people: residents, who report and follow requests on a web page or app; staff, who triage, assign and answer in a shared queue; field crews, who see their jobs and close them out from a phone; and managers and councils, who need dashboards and reports. Sentra 311 covers all four in one product, for cities of 5,000 to 100,000 residents, with AI, maps and Spanish included.
