Sentra 311 is one plan priced by population (see pricing). Contact us with your city’s population and we’ll send a written quote with your yearly rate, setup and training, and the term. Multi-year agreements come with a discount, customers of CivicCA, GOVvpat or SentraCheck get a suite discount, and renewals follow a 3% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) each year by default, written into the agreement.

Purchase orders and payment
We accept purchase orders. Invoices are issued annually in advance. Payment terms are set in the customer agreement.
Purchasing thresholds
Because Sentra 311 is one plan priced by population, the yearly cost for many cities falls under the limit that triggers a formal bid. Check your own purchasing rules. If a formal bid or RFP is required, send it to us and we’ll respond.
Sole-source justification
If your purchasing rules require it, we can provide a sole-source letter describing Sentra 311’s features. Whether sole-source applies is your agency’s decision.
