Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-16
1. Scope
These terms govern use of Sentra 311 by a city or public agency (“Customer”) and its users, provided by Computer Systems Plus, Inc. (“CSP”). An order form or contract signed by both parties controls if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Accounts
Customer is responsible for its staff accounts and roles, keeping credentials confidential and promptly deactivating staff who leave. Residents may use public pages without an account.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use or content
- No attempts to access another customer’s data or to probe, scan or disrupt the service except as agreed in writing
- No uploading malicious code
- No use of the service to send unsolicited messages
4. Customer data
The Customer owns its data, including requests, photos, resident information and settings. CSP processes Customer data only to provide and support the service and as described in the data processing addendum and privacy policy. CSP does not sell Customer data.
5. AI features
Some features use third-party AI (see subprocessors). AI suggestions may be wrong; staff and residents confirm before anything is filed or changed.
6. Availability and support
CSP will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and will provide support as described in the customer agreement. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.
7. Fees and renewal
Fees are as stated on the order form (how pricing works is on the pricing page). The agreement renews annually unless either party gives notice before renewal, as set in the customer agreement. Renewal price changes: by default, a 3% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) each year. Multi-year discount terms are set in the customer agreement.
8. Termination and data export
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within the period set in the customer agreement. On termination, Customer may export its data for the period set in the customer agreement, after which CSP deletes it from the service and, after backup expiry, from backups.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
CSP warrants that the service will perform materially as described. Except as stated, the service is provided “as is”.
10. Limitation of liability
11. Governing law
California law governs these terms.
